Send a reproducible report from the Hub Feedback Center.
Step by step
- Click the feedback icon in the Hub toolbar to open Feedback Center.
- Choose Report a bug in Type. Add a short Subject, describe the problem in Message and select the affected Tool.
- Set Severity and list the exact Steps needed to reproduce it. Explain the Expected result and Actual result.
- Include system info when helpful. You can attach the Hub log excerpt and add a PNG screenshot; check the attachments before sending.
- Enter an email and enable Allow contact if you want the team to be able to ask follow-up questions.
- Click Send and wait for the submission result. If sending fails, keep your notes and retry or use the contact link below.

- A short, specific headline, such as “ZenCables: preview fails after changing endpoints”.
- Steps / Expected / Actual
- Separate what you did, what should have happened and what happened instead.
- Include system info
- Adds environment information useful for reproducing the issue.
- Attach hub log excerpt
- Adds recent Hub log output for diagnosis. Review it for project-specific details.
- Allow contact
- Permits follow-up using the email you provide; it is not a marketing subscription.
What is the correct first-time order?
Install AO.Hub by dragging the extracted installer into Maya. Restart Maya, then Create account, confirm the email and log in.
What if no verification email arrives?
Check spam/junk. If no email has arrived after 20 minutes, Register again and carefully enter the correct email address; the first address may have been mistyped.
May I use Pro tools for paid jobs during the trial?
No. The 14-day Pro trial is for personal evaluation and learning. Paid client work and other paid jobs require an appropriate commercial license.
How does education access work?
Private educators and mentors can distribute access after AO Studio Tools enables their educator permissions. Schools can have their whole email domain approved; verified accounts on that domain then receive three years of access automatically.
Where do I report bugs or request a tool?
Open Feedback Center from the Hub toolbar. Choose Report a bug, or Submit tool request when your signed-in account has a commercial license. Describe the issue or workflow and wait for the result after Send.
